Emergency Medicine–Led Care
Founded and led by a board-certified emergency medicine physician, Praxis brings advanced clinical judgment to both acute and long-term care — helping ensure patients receive the right care, at the right time, and in the right setting.
Access & Safety
Members may contact their physician directly by phone or text for urgent medical concerns, including outside of traditional office hours. Communication is prioritized based on clinical urgency.
Praxis does not replace emergency medical services. Life-threatening symptoms should always be directed to 911.

Praxis was intentionally designed without a traditional waiting room.
Most care is delivered through secure telehealth, allowing rapid access, same-day decision-making, and continuous physician involvement. When in-person care is needed, we come to you or coordinate services directly in your home.
By removing unnecessary visits and delays, care remains focused on outcomes — not logistics.

Praxis membership is designed around one idea: your physician should be available, informed, and genuinely involved — not just at scheduled visits, but whenever medicine is actually needed.
DIRECT ACCESS WHEN IT MATTERS. Urgent concerns are handled by phone or text — directly with your physician, not a nurse line or after-hours service. No queue. No waiting room.
PRIMARY CARE AND ACUTE CARE IN ONE PLACE. Routine prevention, medication management, and long-term health planning live alongside same-day evaluation of new or time-sensitive concerns. Members don't need a separate provider for each.
CARE DELIVERED WHERE YOU ARE. Most care is provided through secure telehealth for speed and convenience. When in-person evaluation is appropriate, house calls bring physician care to you.
COORDINATION WHEN THE SYSTEM GETS COMPLEX. Imaging, laboratory testing, specialist referrals, and hospital navigation — coordinated directly by your physician, not left to the patient to manage alone.
