When something changes — a new symptom, a concern that can't wait, an injury that needs eyes on it today — members reach their physician directly. Urgent concerns are evaluated with the clinical depth of emergency medicine training, without the emergency department wait.
Same-day guidance, house calls when clinically appropriate, and IV therapy when medically indicated are all available within the scope of membership.
For most members, Praxis serves as their primary physician. That means ongoing involvement in chronic condition management, medication oversight, preventive screening, and the kind of long-term planning that only happens when a physician actually knows your history.
This is not episodic care. It is a continuous relationship designed to support your health over time.
When testing or imaging is needed, your physician coordinates directly — ordering studies, reviewing results personally, and translating findings into clear, actionable guidance. Members are never left to interpret a report alone or wait for a callback that never comes.
Coordination includes laboratory testing, imaging studies including CT, MRI, and ultrasound, and direct consultation with specialist partners when appropriate.
The healthcare system is complicated. When members face hospitalizations, specialist referrals, or complex medical decisions, Praxis provides direct physician support — helping navigate options, communicate with other providers, and ensure continuity across care settings.

An advanced, physician-led evaluation combining individualized laboratory analysis, cardiovascular and metabolic assessment, and preventive screening — designed around your specific history, risk factors, and long-term goals. Unlike one-day institutional programs, the PCHA is built and interpreted by the physician who already knows you.

Praxis does not replace emergency medical services.

Insurance & Billing
Praxis operates on a membership-based model prioritizing access, time, and continuity of care.
Membership fees cover physician services as outlined in the membership agreement. Certain external services — including imaging, laboratory testing, medications, procedures, or specialty consultations — may incur additional fees and may be eligible for insurance billing when applicable.
Insurance-related questions may be discussed during the introductory consultation.
